Buttons

I debated about posting this story but when I think of it I still laugh out loud!

One morning a few weeks ago, Tanner was on my bed watching a movie. I had just gotten out of the shower and was drying off. He looks over and says "Mommy where did you get those buttons?!" It took me a second here, then I got it as he's pointing at my chest saying "Mommy where did you get those buttons, do I have buttons too?" (as he's lifting up his shirt) HA HA HA. No more changing in front of my 2 year old.

Feel free to share some silly thoughts from your kids!

So funny... They come up with great words don't they? Jacob called them "elbows" don't know where that came from... He would just tell everyone, "My mom feeds my sister with her elbows" Kids!

Hey tash, thats hilarious!! I am so sad I missed the alumni match. I was planning on going but hit the wall about 4:00 because I had been up the night before with the babe. It would have been fun to see everyone. BTW we're in Highland, not far. my hubbie and I have always wanted to move to midway. lucky you!

Awesome! My kid doesn't talk so I don't have any funny stories to share. Jeff however, he usually has something funny to say. In fact, the first time he came down to see the baby (3 days after she was born) he took one look at my still-pretty-big stomach and said, "Woah! Are you gonna have another one?"
