Today I ran the Spectrum 10k in st george. It was so fun! The course went down snow canyon then into ivins. I ran a 47 not bad. The weather here is beautiful! Jealous?
Hey stinker!! We were in St. George this week too and I completely agree with you--the weather was GORGEOUS!! I had no idea you were going to go down there or I would've come to support you and yell as you crossed the finish line. How are things?
